How to take care of your face daily?

Does facial care have to be daily? The face needs special care because it is the mirror that reflects the personality of its owner. It needs daily moisturizers and a daily cleanser that gives the face radiance, beauty and light. Some women may be satisfied with the process of cleaning the skin daily in the morning and evening, although it is a healthy and beneficial step. However, it alone is not enough to give you the necessary freshness and bloom. The nature of the skin, especially the renewal of cells and secretions, imposes the necessity of adopting an effective daily routine to balance secretions, lighten the skin, and remove dead cells.

Morning facial care:

The correct order to apply skin care products in the morning:

1-Face wash:

Wash your face first in the morning to get rid of all the pollutants that came into contact with your skin while you were sleeping, especially since the pillowcase, for example, carries bacteria that penetrate the pores of the face. From here, choose the cleanser suitable for your skin type so that you can benefit from its properties more and more.

Things to consider when washing your face:

Before using a face wash, you must know your skin type and which wash is suitable for it.

– Wash your hands before washing your face: so that microbes and germs on your hands do not transfer to your face.

– Avoid using very cold water or very hot water, as this may cause skin inflammation and dryness. It is preferable to use warm water.

– Make sure to rinse the skin well and remove any traces of face wash so that this does not cause dryness and irritation of the skin.

2- Toner:

Toner is a light liquid that works to tighten large pores, refresh skin texture, and reduce oily secretions in it. The toner is not used as a substitute for facial cleanser, but rather is applied to the skin after washing so that it regains its natural balance and softness after using the lotion.

Using a facial toner is important in your skin care routine to ensure cleansing of the face and obtaining a healthy skin appearance. You can use different types of facial toners from brands, or you can use natural materials such as rose water or lavender.

Choose the right toner for your skin:

1- If you have large pores: Choose a toner that contains alpha hydroxy acids, such as glycolic acid, as it contributes to removing dead cells that accumulate around the pores, causing them to increase in size.

2- If your skin is sensitive: choose a toner that contains skin-soothing plants, to help deeply moisturize the skin and make you feel comfortable.

3- If you suffer from acne, or your skin is oily: Choose a toner that contains salicylic acid, as it gets rid of excess oils on the skin, without drying it out.

4- If you suffer from dull skin: Choose a toner that contains natural exfoliating substances, such as papaya extract and lactic acid, to obtain radiant and glowing skin.

5- If your skin is dry: Choose a toner that contains amino acids, in order to moisturize and nourish the skin deeply and intensely.

6- If you have aging skin: Choose a toner that contains antioxidants and moisturizing substances, such as glycerin, hyaluronic acid, rose water, sodium, lecithin, and preferably those that contain rose extract and orange flowers to help moisturize, nourish and soothe the skin.

3- Treatment preparations :

If you suffer from skin problems that disturb your skin, such as pimples and acne, and you use special products to treat them, then you should apply them as the third step in your morning routine.

4- Serum:

The importance of the serum comes from the fact that its formula is rich in vitamins, amino acids, and concentrated oils, and its ability to penetrate deep into the skin quickly, to target a specific defect and repair it, such as erasing fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots, combating acne, and whitening the skin.
-You must choose the appropriate product for your skin type to get the desired result and address the problem facing your face.

5- Eye cream:

Make sure to take care of the eye area in particular, in order to preserve its youth and freshness. Why? Because this particular area is considered thin and it is one of the places on the face where wrinkles appear first. Of course, the matter does not stop there, but you may suffer from dark circles under the eyes and puffiness, as a result of several factors, the most prominent of which are staying up late and being tired.

The correct order of applying skin care products in the evening:

The skin stops breathing and signs of fatigue appear, in addition to the appearance of expression lines and clogged pores. The appearance of acne, which is a problem for most girls from the age of fourteen.

Use your own serum that you choose according to the problem you suffer from. Put some of it on your fingers, the size of a chickpea, and apply it to your face and neck with a little massage.

6- Eye cream:

If you think that eye cream is only for the morning, then you are very wrong. You should also apply this product in the evening due to its ability to nourish the skin of your eyes during the night hours.
Since the skin around the eyes is thinner than other parts of the face, there is no doubt that it needs more attention. The skin around the eyes dries faster than other parts of the face and is more susceptible to the sun's ultraviolet rays.
Use a lotion that contains elements that fight fine lines around the eyes and work to tighten and lift them. Some products are made up of substances that help regenerate cells while you sleep, such as alpha hydroxide, retinol, peptides or vitamin C. Use these products at night to get the desired result, because your skin is able to absorb these nutritional ingredients at this specific time. In addition, your skin during the night will not compete with other products such as makeup to fight the sun's rays, pollution and other harmful environmental elements during the day.

7- Night moisturizing cream:

The night cream not only nourishes and moisturizes the skin, but also helps get rid of skin spots, signs of aging, wrinkles, fine lines and acne. It also helps soften the skin and stimulate collagen production within skin cells to increase elasticity. It also helps stimulate blood circulation and unify skin tone.
