2- Drink enough water:
Drinking enough water is the most important step in hair care, and although dehydration can be considered the number one enemy of beauty because of the major and dangerous effects it leaves on the skin and hair, no one cares about it and almost several days go by without someone drinking water until they feel better. Thirst, and then the result will be disastrous for his hair that cannot be eliminated.
You should avoid anything that increases the amount of water excreted from the body, such as caffeine in tea and coffee, in addition to soft drinks.
3- Psychological comfort and calm:
Hair is sensitive, meaning that it is susceptible to the psychological problems that you are experiencing. This is logical as a result of the hormonal imbalance and the negative result that results in increased hair loss, weakening its roots, and delaying the growth rate. This explains hair loss in the fall, which is the result of autumn depression.
It is necessary to deal with depression and get rid of it completely, in addition to controlling anger and avoiding its major attacks.
Doing useful activities, organizing time, and committing to yoga, especially in the morning.
4- Protect hair from heat:
While combing wet hair, some or many people work to dry it using a hair dryer or hair iron. This action is no less dangerous than combing it while it is wet, but its results are faster and more severe on the condition and nature of the hair, which can be summarized as dryness of the scalp, increased hair loss, and hair breakage and damage. The high temperature may cause it to burn.
Avoid exposing the hair to the hot air of the hairdryer if the goal is to dry it quickly, and rely on a clean cotton towel for this. If the goal is to style the hair, it must be dried first and then used the hairdryer.
5- Protect hair from summer danger:
Sunlight means the high heat that the hair will be exposed to and the increased possibility of dryness and damage to the hair, and swimming pools whose water contains chlorine for cleaning purposes, all of which make following a hair care routine a necessity without which the hair can be destroyed, and the focus must be on the care routine. Hair must be protected from the sun by avoiding exposure to it or wearing appropriate hats and light colors.
Hair must also be protected from chlorine in swimming water by wearing a hat designated for this purpose.
6- Avoid pulling hair harshly:
If your hair care routine stipulates that your hair should be combed and tied back tightly, then this is not a care routine. Rather, it is a routine that only harms the hair, causing it to fall out at the front of the hair, in addition to headaches and anxiety.
You should adopt hairstyles that do not require pulling it back. At the same time, it is necessary to give the hair a break from tying it by leaving it straight and free for several hours a day.
7- Conducting medical examinations periodically:
Some diseases may take hair loss as a symptom or a strong indicator, such as polycystic ovary syndrome or endocrine problems, in addition to anemia, etc.
Hence, you must perform comprehensive medical examinations periodically, and as an emergency, if you experience a significant case of hair loss without a logical justification.
